Okay, so last night was really rough! I had a horrible sore throat/nasal congestion and got only two hours of sleep. I woke up this morning feeling sick and continue to be sick at the moment. I know I’m still stick because at some point this afternoon I stumbled on a Hanson Myspace. This is an odd coincidence because it turns out that today is the 10th anniversary of the Hanson Brothers “Middle of Nowhere” album release! Yes, 10 years ago today in 1997 (God, I feel old), the world was blessed with this wonderful song!!

For those of you who may not be aware of Hanson, they were this boy-band from the mid-to late 1990′s. Apparently, they’re returning with a new album release later this month….for you viewing pleasure…Hanson’s Mmm…Bop!

God…when will the pain end…my aching head!!!

Wow, you’re really behind! Hanson released their second album in 2000, and their third in 2003 or 2004 or so. Sometime in between they left their label and started their own independent album, and their third album (Underneath) was the #1 independent album the week it was released in the US. The new music is really rocking; you should check it out. Especially “Great Divide”, which was released as a benefit single to help an AIDS hospital in South Africa. Hope you’re feeling better.

Oh my goodness Andy. Hahahaha. This is awesome!!!!! I remember back in the day when I thought the one on the keyboard was a girl. I remember thinking, “Well she’s cute, now isn’t she?” only to find out that she was really a boy!!
